Theresa Swietlana Tukiendorf

MADISON - Theresa Swietlana Tukiendorf, nee Kapustiuk, age 71 of Madison, and formerly of Chicago. At peace on Monday, Aug. 13, 2012, beloved wife of 53 years to Bogdan; loving mother to Alexander (Jamie) Tukiendorf and Elizabeth (David) Scheidecker; cherished grandmother to Chad Tukiendorf and Jakub and Rickey Hounshell; daughter of Tatiana Sladowska; dear aunt and friend to many.
