Shirleyanna Mae Emery

Shirleyanna Mae Emery, 69, passed away April 7, 2010, at Mercy Hospital in Janesville. She was born on Jan. 11, 1941, to Edgar and Elizabeth (Noel) Hinrichs in rural southern Wisconsin. She graduated from Reedsburg High School in 1960. She married Robert Emery July 2, 1960, in Reedsburg, WI. Together they moved to Janesville in 1961. Shirleyanna will be fondly remembered for her love of her Packers, games, knitting, fishing and outdoor activities, but most of all her sense of humor. Shirleyanna is survived by her husband, Bob of Janesville, WI; her mother, Elizabeth Vanwormer of Reedsburg, WI; her children: Dean (Clarice) Emery of Janesville, WI, Duane (Lisa) Emery of Janesville, WI, Dawn (Gene) Hoard of Chetek, WI, and Darcee (Paul) Lancaster of Janesville, WI; one sister, Janet (Oris) Dilley, of Spring Green, WI; one brother, Donald Hinrichs of Janesville, WI; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-grandchild on the way; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 10, 2010, at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1618 E. Racine St., Janesville. Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
