MADISON Ricky L Donstad, age 64, passed away of natural causes on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015. He is survived by a brother, (Ronald (Pat) Donstad of Madison; sisters, Maxine (Ted) Howard of Kansas City and Debra (Louis) Stiemsma of Randolph. Ricky retired from Kraft Foods.
