Paz Martin-Harris

MADISON – Paz Martin Harris, age 54, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 after a courageous battle with brain cancer. She was born Sept. 16, 1953 in Milwaukee to Delmar and Paz Martin. She graduated from Pius High School and attended the UW-Madison. She worked as a travel consultant for over 20 years; she traveled extensively in Asia, South America and the Caribbean. Paz is survived by daughter Aja X. Harris, son Jahil J. Harris, Madison; their father, Billy J. Harris, Fraser, CO; her parents; sister, Francisca Martin, Milwaukee; brothers, Alan Martin, Madison, Bruce Martin, Delmar Martin, Jr., George Martin, all of Milwaukee; life long friends, Lettice Pinell, Milwaukee, and Gwen. Albritton, St. Louis. Paz was preceded in death by brothers, Craig Martin, Dale Martin, Keith Martin; sister, Pacita Martin; and grandmother Odessa Martin, Milwaukee. Memorial services will be held at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Rd., on Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2008 at 12 noon.
