Janesville-Joseph J. Mortimer, age 52, passed away January 11, 2007 at Mercy Hospital . He was born August 17, 1954 in Fort Atkinson, WI to Maurice and Lela (Lawton) Mortimer. Joseph is survived by his son Timothy (Judy Eschbach) Mortimer, of Milton, WI; six sisters, Janice (Bill) Scuddy of Janesville, WI; Karolyn (Carl) Pollock, of Mauston, WI; Sherry (Gustave) Helling, of Janesville, WI; Corrine (Jesse) Wakefield, of Foottville, WI; RoseMary (John) Straetz, of Glidden, WI; Patricia (Donald) Townsend, of Friendship, WI; one brother Maurice Mortimer Jr. of Milton, WI; special friends, Rubin and Amy, and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded by his parents, one brother, and one sister-in-law. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 16, 2007 at All Faiths Funeral Chapel.
