Janet Phillips, age 41, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2008 at the HospiceCare Center in Fitchburg. Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, June 27, 2008 at the ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 LIEN ROAD. Friends may call the funeral home from noon until the time of the service.
