MADISON/MOUNT HOREB - James N. Jay Meyer, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 16, 2017. He was born in Beloit, Wis., on April 6, 1971. Jay is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth (Daniel) Meyer; parents, Nicholas and Sharon Meyer; sisters, Katie Meyer and Nicole (Kevin) Mueller; brother, Andrew Meyer; nieces, Shani, Sami Jay, and Tanith; nephew, Xander; best friend and sidekick dog, Marley Liddle and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jay was an artist and liked helping people. He loved designing and inventing things, he also loved painting. He had many jobs working in construction, bridge repair for the railroad and landscaping.
