Harald Torner

Janesville-Harald Torner, age 57, passed away December 9, 2007 at his Residence. He was born July 20, 1950 in Hamburg, Germany to Kurt and Hertha (Dettmer) Torner. Harald was a medic in the West German Military, before moving to the United States in 1978. He was a tool and die maker for Parker Pen and Versa Tool for thirty years. He was an avid Indian Artifact collector. He enjoyed participating in the renaissance re-enactments. Harald loved his kids and grandchildren, and his Boxer Katie. He is survived by his children, Jonathan (Tasha)Torner of Janesville, WI; Deborah (Josh) Dubanowich, of Janesville, WI; his parents, two sisters, Ericka , Helga (Wolfgang) Beck both of Hamburg, Germany; and three grandchildren Makayla, Dylan, Blayden. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, December 14, 2007 at All Faiths Funeral Chapel 1618 E. Racine ST. Janesville. A visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until time of service at the funeral home.
