Duwayne Scott Pivett

MONONA - DuWayne Scott "Pork" Pivett, age 50, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 25, 2014, following a sudden heart attack. He was born on Feb. 15, 1964, in Madison, the son of DuWayne LeRoy Pivett and Sharon Fedele. He graduated from LaFollette High School in 1982. Pork will be fondly remembered for being a virtual encyclopedia of sports statistics. He was avid lover animals in particular his sister Sherry's dog, Oreo. He is survived by his parents, Sharon and Peter Fedele, of Madison; two brothers, Peter (Nikki) Fedele of the Quad Cities, and Sam (Bea) Fedele of San Antonio, Texas; two sisters, Nikki (Ray) Stanzel of Madison, and Sherry (Todd) Swanton of MononaI; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his birth father, DuWayne Pivett; and his sister, Diane Holden. A memorial service will be held at CALVARY GOSPEL CHURCH, 5301 Commercial Ave., Madison, on Thursday, Oct. 30, 2014, beginning at 7 p.m., with Pastor Richard P. Thomas officiating. A memorial visitation will be held at the church from 5 p.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
