Diane K. Fernandez

Diane Kay (Hoffman) Bryant-Fernandez was born in Janesville, WI on Oct. 4, 1958, she died Aug. 3, 2025, at Agrace Hospice in Fitchburg, WI. Diane was a registered nurse on the Rock County psych and detox unit for 20+ years. She was very spiritual, loved animals, and loved to sword dance.

Diane is preceded in death by her daughter Alexis Bryant, her mother Dorothy Jeanne Hahnfeld, father Roy Hoffman Jr., stepfather Arnold Hahnfeld, first husband James Bryant III, and second husband Osvaldo Fernandez Jr. Diane is survived by her children Tiffany Bryant Boyle, Karina (Dustin) Cannon, and Osvaldo Fernandez III. She is also survived by her sister Katherine Geniesse, and 10 grandchildren, Teegan, Isabel, Dolly, Sonny, Elliot, Ridean, Miah, Sora, Parker, and Paisley.

Although there was a difficult family dynamic and she was estranged from her children, we hope she is at peace and knows we always loved her.
