David L. Stika

David L. Stika, age 70, died July 22, 2024, in Madison, Wisconsin. David was born in and formerly resided in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Doris (Gray) Stika; brothers, Robert J. (Sandra) of Oakdale, Connecticut and Duane L. of Kenosha, Wisconsin. He is survived by his son, Toryn J. Swartout, currently attending the University of Wisconsin in Platteville; former life partner, Dawn Swartout of Janesville, Wisconsin; brothers, Allan C. (Koleen) of Joliet, Illinois and Terrance W. (Sue) of LaCrosse, Wisconsin. David is also survived by nieces, a nephew, a grandniece and grandnephews.

He was a long-time member of the Masons and several other organizations. David had a lifelong interest in psychic phenomena and was a regular contributor to many psychic fairs throughout the state. Among other interests he held were various forms of photography and playing the banjo.

A private family memorial gathering will be held.
