Daniel S. Poblocki

REEDSBURG – Daniel S. Poblocki, age 70, passed away on Monday, April 22, 2013 at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital. Dan was born in Chicago on April 13, 1943, the son of Sylvester and Loretta (Studzinski) Poblocki. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary Ann; two sons, Jason and Frank Poblocki; two grandsons, Nicholas and Nathan; two brothers, Tom and John (Regina) Poblocki; a sister, Cathy Jorgensen; and many nieces, nephews and good friends. Dan was preceded in death by his parents and a sister-in-law, Wendy. A memorial gathering will be held in Chicago at a later date.
