Arlene M. Scholl

MADISON Arlene M. Scholl, age 96, died Thursday, May 1, 2014 in Madison. She was born in a log cabin on her grandfathers farm in Dayton Township, Richland County, the daughter of Beulah Zierfuss and Haney Booth on Nov. 28, 1917. She graduated from Richland Center High School in 1935. Arlene married John Scholl on Sept. 28, 1938 and they were married for 71 years until his passing in Nov. of 2009. She was an avid photographer and had many hobbies, she loved gardening both flowers and vegetables, making scrap books, sewing, crocheting and making soap. She worked for Badger Self Storage for a few years. She survived by her daughter, JoAnn Hendrickson and grandson Randy Hendrickson, as well as several nieces and nephews. At her request, no services will be held.
