Ann L. Cole

JANESVILLE – Ann Lynne (BonoAnno) Cole, age 80 of Janesville, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, August 1, 2026, following an extended illness. She was born in Madison on December 23, 1945, the daughter of Samuel and Lucille (Hull) BonoAnno. She married Wayne R. Cole on April 19, 1969.

Ann worked as a nurse’s aide in Janesville for several years. She enjoyed traveling and riding with Wayne on their motorcycle. Most important to her was her family and she loved to take care of her grandchildren when they were younger.

Ann is survived by her two sons, Craig and Scott (Christy) Cole; five grandchildren, Kyle (Samantha), Seth, Dawson, Celena and Justin; two great grandchildren, Adalynd and Emma; a brother, Tony BonoAnno; a sister, Gina Kiber; and several nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne in 2013; parents; and her grandson, Jordan in 2025.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL HOME, 1618 E. Racine St., Janesville. Visitation will be on Wednesday at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until the time of service. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Highland Memory Gardens, Madison.
