Rachael L. Rhodes

VERONA – Rachael L. (Pick) Rhodes, age 33 of Verona, and formerly of Kenosha, passed away Monday, Feb. 25, 2008 at her home, following an extended illness. She was born Oct. 23, 1974 in Skokie, Ill., the daughter of Steven Pick and Eve (Tully) Ross. She married Todd A. Rhodes of Verona on April 24, 1999. Rachael was a stay at home mom, who volunteered frequently at the Verona food pantry. She was very creative, and was an artist of many different talents, of which her jewelry was her favorite. In spite of Rachael’s illness, she would always reach out and help others. She is survived by her husband, Todd; children, Tynan, (13), Zane (9), and Aiyana (7), all of Verona; her mother Eve Ross, of Portage; her father, Steven Pick of Mt. Horeb; three brothers, Tully Pick, of Little Chute, Wis, Daniel Ross, of Whitewater, and Michael Ross, of Portage.; a sister, Sarah (Josh) French, of DeForest; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and friends, to many to mention. A memorial service will be held at CAPITOLAND CHRISTIAN CENTER, 3651 Maple Grove Dr., on Saturday, March 1, 2008 at 3 p.m. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday, from 1 p.m. until the time of service.
