Lorne R. Vernon

Lorne R. Vernon passed away on February 13, 2014. He was born in Portage Wisconsin on June 30, 1936 to Ralph and Esther Vernon. Lorne was a devoted and loving father, grandfather and friend. Lorne was a very hard worker. A lover of nature, water and the outdoors; he had many stories to share of his adventures and memories throughout his life. The Wisconsin River, Devil's Lake State Park and many other places were dear to his heart. These few words are unable to contain the full measure of our thoughts, feelings and memories of Lorne; he will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 22, 2014 at 3 p.m. at the KINGDOM HALL OF JEHOVAH’S WITNESSES, 4129 E. Bingham Rd, Janesville.
