Douglas D. Falb

MADISON - Douglas D. Falb, born April 12, 1951 in Elgin, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 29, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Mary; three children, Jody (Jack) Maher, Rob (Karla) Falb, and Jamie (Mark) Klubertanz; and six grandchildren, Kennan, Olivia, Sophia, Gabriella, Alyssa and Autumn. He is also survived by his brother, Roger (Marilyn) Falb. Doug was a fun loving guy and enjoyed playing practical jokes on his friends. He will be dearly missed by family and friends. A memorial gathering will be held at ALL FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 4058 Lien Rd., Madison on Monday, Aug. 3, 2015 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers all donations will be forwarded to Smile Train, Doug's favorite charity.
